Yuva Sudha Arts and NTR Arts banners are jointly producing this movie. It is reported that Devara is being made with a budget of around ₹300 crore.

'Devara' is produced by Hari Krishna K and Mikkilineni Sudhakar under the banner of NTR Arts and Yuva Sudha Arts. Janhvi Kapoor will be seen alongside Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan will play the role of the antagonist. 'Devara' marks the debut of Janhvi in the Telugu film industry. The music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The film is slated for a pan-India theatrical release on April 5, 2024
